Organization Description : Arise & Reign empowers transition‑age foster youth with safe housing, trauma‑informed support, and the guidance needed to build stable, independent futures. Through our THP‑NMD program, we walk alongside Nonminor Dependents ages 18–21 in California’s Extended Foster Care, equipping them with practical life skills, emotional wellness support, and strong community connections.
